terms & conditions
01 — licence
When you purchase a loop or loop kit from hmlsound, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the purchased sounds in your own original musical compositions.
02 — permitted use
You may use the loops in personal and commercial music releases, including releases distributed through streaming services, downloads, radio, film, television, games and social platforms.
03 — restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, trade or otherwise make the individual loops available as standalone sounds or as part of another sound library. You may not claim the original loops themselves as your own.
04 — ownership
All original loops, recordings, artwork and other materials supplied by hmlsound remain the property of hmlsound. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the source sounds.
05 — refunds
Because loop kits are digital products delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
06 — agreement
By purchasing or using material from hmlsound, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
